Cancellation Policy:
Covid cancellation policy: The client may cancel if Covid 19 regulations force him to do so if the Spanish borders are closed due to Covid-19 or any other acts of God, Force Majeure, acts of war or pandemics.
We will reimburse the funds already paid for the concierge service or allocate another equivalent date in accordance with the client.
